Soy Beef with Asparagus (a recipe from Margaret)

Serve this yummy dinner, cooked on a George Foreman Grill, with rice and you'll have a healthy meal that the whole family will enjoy!

In a one gallon zip lock bag mix together Soy sauce, Grated Orange Peel, Grated Ginger, Minced Garlic and Crushed Red Pepper

Put Steak and Asparagus inside of bag and let marinate for at least 2 hours.

Spray Foreman Grill with "Pam" and place Steak on grill.

For Medium Rare, cook 6 minutes.

Next, grill Asparagus until it is tender.

Slice Steak across the grain, serve with asparagus and rice.
