Ultimate Fitness strives to create classes that are exciting, effective and innovative for all of our members. Whether you are a new member, or an experienced group class participant, instructors keep all participants abilities in mind.

ABS ONLY: 10-15 minutes of intense abdominal exercises.

D.I. Bootcamp: An Intense class where the instructor calls the shots! The class focuses on a variety of one-minute drills, and is a great way to blast fat and tone muscle, fast!

Just Wanna Move: Our newest group fitness class! This low impact class will get you up and moving. By the end of class you will have learned a fun, fast-paced floor routine!

Kickboxing: This is not you typical cardio kickboxing class. An intense workout that utilizes pads and focus mits. Instructors teach correct form and combinations during drills. Boxing gloves are strongly recommended and are available for purchase at the front desk. A limited number of loaners are available.

Mat Pilates: A total body conditioning class that stretches, strengthens, and tones, creating a more streamline shape. This is a phenomenal class for strengthening your core muscles. It utilizes bands, weights, and balls. No Experience Necessary!

Power Classes: Any "Power" class is a shortened 30 minutes of intense exercise to jump-start or wind-down your day. Caution is stressed to members due to the high intensity, and minimal warm-up and cool down time available. If time is limited, this is a way to be sure to get a knockout workout pounded out!

Pump!: An efficient way to get in shape, Pump! is a choreographed weight training class. Proper technique is demonstrated and stressed throughout the class.

Race~N~Pace: A revolutionary non-impact indoor cycling class, utilizing Keiser Cycles. It is an excellent cross training program. No Experience Necessary!

Ski Condition (Seasonal): Get yourself ready for the ski season! Whether you are an avid skier, or just want to get into great shape for the winter season, this class is just what you are looking for!

Step: An always-popular class focusing on large muscle group cardiovascular training through the use of step boxes. Flexibility and stretching exercises are also performed.

Team Posing: This class is only for members who are competing or planning to compete in fitness, figure or bodybuilding shows. This class teaches participants' proper form and techniques, as well as, helping them gain the needed confidence for their competition.

Yoga: A great class for strengthening, stretching, toning, elongating, and energy building for both beginners and participants who are more familiar with the art of Yoga. All moves are modified for individuals just starting out.
