Corn Flake Crumb Chicken ( Oxygen, Feb. 2006)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Rinse Chicken well, pat dry and cut into 2 inch thick slices.
Put egg white in one bowl, corn flakes in another bowl.
Dip each slice of Chicken breast in egg white, then cornflake crumbs.
Place Chicken on baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cook through. Serve.
*Note: The crumb topping will be crunchy and the chicken will taste like Chicken Nuggets, but without the fat and excess calories!
